Engineering Career Services utilizes an online job posting system, I-Link where employers may post jobs at any time, free of charge. Job postings are a great way to showcase your organization and available opportunities including full-time positions, co-ops, and internships. Posting your own positions ensures that the position descriptions, qualifications, method of resume acceptance, etc. are listed exactly as you wish. Students seeking jobs review this online job board frequently.

- Click Employer Box
- First-time users need to enter company and contact info.
- After your company is approved by our office, log in and click the Jobs tab.
- Make sure you are on the Jobs tab.
- Click the Add New button.
- Complete the requested information and click the Submit button.
Company approval and job posting approval usually occur within a few business days. During heavy recruitment period, posting approval may take longer. If you are a Staffing Agency or Third-Party Recruiter, Engineering Career Services requires that you agree to include the following statement as the first line in the job description area of the job posting: ‘Please note that we are a Third-Party Recruiter (or Staffing Agency).’ You will also be required to complete a form that we will send you, accepting our terms.

On-campus interviews are an excellent use of your time as you will meet your top students, here, on our beautiful campus, and in their comfort zone. ECS serves all engineering and computer science students, as well as students receiving degrees in physics, mathematics, and statistics. Chemistry and chemical engineering majors are recruited through the Chemical Sciences Placement Office (217-333-1050). However, these students may also register with ECS and interview along with other engineering students through the ECS Office.
